2012 MATDA Industry Service Award
NOMINATION
The MATDA Industry Service Award is presented annually to an individual who has distinguished himself or herself in the tire industry, either through years of unselfish dedication and service, or through a single exemplary act of service that has resulted in extraordinary benefits to the MATDA membership.
The 2012 recipient of the MATDA Industry Service Award will be honored at the 21st Annual Convention in Great Bend, Kansas, February 24 - February 26, 2012. The selection committee, appointed by President Kenny Rogers, is seeking nominations from the membership at large for this prestigious award.
The recipient need not be a member. The individual will receive a plaque, logo jacket, registration, tickets and motel for two at the convention. If you wish to nominate someone, please submit this form to MATDA no later than February 10, 2012.
